Terms and Conditions

Effective date: October 2026

Welcome to PujaSeva. By browsing, registering, or scheduling a puja on our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following devotional terms and conditions.

1. Devotional Services & Representation

PujaSeva coordinates sacred Hindu ceremonies conducted by experienced Vedic purohits in pilgrimage centers such as Ujjain. We arrange the logistics, pure samagri, and sankalp coordination on behalf of devotees.

2. Scheduled Events & Timing

Events such as the Rin Mukteshwar Mahadev Puja on 16 November 2026 in Ujjain are conducted during auspicious Vedic muhurats. While dates and venues are confirmed in advance, unforeseen astronomical conditions or regional temple guidelines may necessitate minor schedule adjustments, which will be communicated in advance.

3. Devotee Sankalp & Information Accuracy

Devotees are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of names and gotras provided for rituals. The purohits will chant the exact details submitted during the sacred ceremony.

4. Sacred Prasad Dispatch

Where prasad delivery is selected, consecrated items (dry prasad, vibhuti, raksha sutra, yantra) are packed hygienically and handed to postal couriers. We are not liable for postal transit delays caused by extreme weather or local courier disruptions.
