Special Rin Mukteshwar Mahadev Puja in Ujjain | 16 November 2026
Transparent Policy

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Effective date: October 2026

We aim to maintain complete transparency and fairness regarding puja bookings, dakshina offerings, and logistics commitments.

1. Cancellation Window

A devotee may cancel their puja registration up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled date of the ritual (e.g. prior to 14 November 2026 for the Rin Mukteshwar Puja). In such instances, a full refund of the dakshina amount will be issued to the original payment source within 5 to 7 business days.

2. Non-Refundable Period

Within 48 hours of the ceremony, perishable Vedic samagri (holy bilva patra, flowers, fresh cow milk, panchamrit, dhoop, and homa samidha) is custom-procured and dedicated, and purohit dakshina commitments are finalized. Therefore, cancellations requested within 48 hours or after the ceremony has commenced cannot be refunded.

3. Rescheduling

Devotees unable to attend an in-person ceremony may request to convert their participation into a Remote Sankalp at no extra charge, ensuring their prayers are performed on the auspicious date.
